William Thomas Pavitt

English jeweller and occultist connected to the Theosophical Society, William Thomas Pavitt co-authored with his wife Kate The Book of Talismans, Amulets and Zodiacal Gems (1914), synthesising Hindu, Jewish, Egyptian, Gnostic, and Christian gem lore.
