Late Neoplatonist systematic metaphysics

Proclus

412 – 485

Proclus Lycius was a Greek Neoplatonist philosopher and head of the Platonic Academy in Athens, whose systematic theology synthesized Plato with theurgical practice. His Platonic Theology and Elements of Theology were among the most architecturally ambitious works of late antiquity and profoundly shaped Renaissance Hermeticism, Pseudo-Dionysius, and Islamic and Byzantine mysticism.
